Refund policy

Sky Surplus sells used, refurbished and surplus equipment. Every item is described as accurately as we can manage, including condition, what is included, and anything missing or damaged. Please read the listing carefully and if anything is unclear, contact us before you buy, we are happy to answer any questions. 

Items that cannot be returned

The following are sold as-is and are non-returnable:

• Replacement parts and components — control modules, motors, actuators, boards, cushions, casters, cables, and similar items

• Large equipment — wheelchairs, patient lifts, stairlifts, laboratory instruments, surgical and sterile processing equipment, and any item shipped by freight

• Items listed as "for parts or not working"

• Items where the listing states the unit is untested or not fully tested
  
  

Anything not covered above may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Complete, with any accessories, cables or fittings that were included

• Returned at the buyer's cost, unless the item was misdescribed or damaged in transit
